HARBOUR PLAZA RESIDENCES
Harbour Plaza Residence located in Toronto’s newly developed South Core Financial District is a perfect example of a mixed-used community tying together retail and residential. The Menkes Development comprised of two towers, 65 storeys and 69-storeys a total of 1 million ft² joined together by a shared podium which also includes a commercial office tower located at 1 York Street.
Designed by architectsAlliance and Sweeny & Co Architects the development features lakeside living and is connected to the city’s PATH network. A 5-storey podium designed by Cecconi Simone houses the buildings’ exquisite amenity spaces, as well as fitness and leisure facilities. The HIDI Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy services.
