The Transcorp Hilton, Lagos will be a 300 room hotel located in Ikoyi, Nigeria. The 20-storey hotel tower and 21-storey office block and will offer conference facilities, meeting rooms, gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurants and bars, ballrooms, fitness spaces, business centre and meeting rooms, as well as 5 levels of above-ground parking and an iconic design by Perkins Eastman.

The HIDI Group is providing Extra Low Voltage (communications, voice, data and wireless) consulting as a sub-consultant to Electro-Media Design for the 646,000 ft² Transcorp Hilton Lagos valued at $110 million USD.
