The HIDI Group is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ELV (i.e. IT /Data/Tel, GRMS etc), security and AV design and construction administration for this 205,000 m² expansion of the Wafi development in Dubai.

This project is comprised of a 50-storey, 565-key branded 4-star hotel & serviced apartment tower, in addition to the 100,000 m² expansion of the high-end Wafi Mall, which includes a hypermarket, retail, 19-screen cinema complex and parking. The hospitality component includes a ballroom with pre-function spaces, meeting rooms, multiple restaurants and a temperature controlled pool deck.
